About the service
What counts as a routine update?
Changes to supplied text, opening hours, prices, contact details, team biographies or photographs. Your 30-minute monthly allowance includes making, checking and publishing the changes. Unused time does not roll over. If a request needs more time, we agree a separate price before starting.
How many pages are included?
We agree your page list and content before we start. Meet the team is an optional standard page. Additional pages using our existing layouts can be quoted as straightforward additions; they do not automatically require a bespoke design.
Can I have a bespoke design or new features?
Yes. A straightforward enquiry form is included. More complex forms, such as detailed quotation requests, file uploads or integrations with other systems, are quoted separately, along with design work beyond the curated options and extensive content work. Your content remains managed through Halenby. A fully bespoke website also has an agreed maintenance scope.
When do I pay, and can I cancel?
The setup fee is paid in two instalments: £497.50 to book the work and £497.50 after approval, before launch. The £95 monthly subscription starts when your site goes live and continues on a rolling basis with 30 days’ notice.
What costs are separate?
Domain registration and renewal, email hosting and additional paid third-party services are separate. Delivery of enquiries from your included form is covered by your subscription. We identify any additional costs in your quote. Original copywriting, regular blog content and ongoing SEO campaigns are separately scoped.
How do I request changes?
Email us the changes you need. We manage the website for you and agree a completion date. You keep ownership of your supplied content, imagery and domain.
