Accessibility
Last updated
We want people to be able to use Halenby in the way that works for them. This statement covers the marketing pages and enquiry form on halenby.com.
Using this website
We build and check the website with accessibility in mind. It includes:
- Keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators.
- Headings and labelled form fields that describe the page and its controls.
- An enquiry error summary linked to individual fields, with explanations beside each field that needs attention.
- Layouts that adapt to narrow screens and enlarged text.
- Reduced animation when your device is set to prefer less motion.
Testing and limitations
Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Checks so far include automated accessibility checks, keyboard journeys, enlarged text and desktop and mobile browser layouts.
We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or comprehensive testing with screen readers and physical mobile devices. We therefore do not claim that every part of the website meets the standard.
The demonstration previews are images, so their text cannot be enlarged independently. You can open the actual sites from Example websites to read their content as web pages. Those sites contain fictional information and have their own accessibility pages.
Report a problem or ask for help
If something is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, please contact us. If the form itself is a barrier, email hello@halenby.com.
Tell us which page you were using, what you were trying to do and what would help. You can include your browser or assistive technology if you wish; you do not need to share medical information.
We acknowledge requests within two working days, Monday–Friday excluding bank holidays, and agree the next steps with you.
